"Since its establishment in 1959, till now, the Library of Chandra Kamal Bezbaruah College, Teok has passed many hurdles along with the development processes of the entire college and now with a strength of more than 20,000 books and other study materials, the library is providing its best possible services to the students of the college.
In the year 2017 it was renamed as “Siba Ram Borah Central Library” in the memory of Late Siba Ram Borah, Former Vice-Principal of the college.
While in the process of evolution, the library has gradually adopted modern technological methods to cater the needs of its users and the Library Management System itself, resulting hassle-free circulation and cataloguing system etc. The users are provided essential facilities like reprographic facilities, book bank facility, free internet services etc. Apart from these the library also provides need-based services to its users and perform extracurricular activities. ”

- The Library is hosting the college cloud server which is currently being used by different offices in the premise and the library for cloud storage of important documents and files.
- The Library has its own repository in which few rare manuscripts and other important documents are stored and made available for the students in their respective dashboards. Apart from this the library has a College Course Content Management System which is available in the individual dashboard of students. Different study materials and other related documents are uploaded by the faculty members targeting their students of different classes.
