1. PAN and AADHAR Card of Father/Mother/Guardian for verification of Annual Income.
2. AADHAR Card of the student (optional).
3. Unique ID of Director of Higher Education, Assam (Registration link is given below),
4. ARN (Application Reference Number) of AHSEC DARPAN (in case of admission into H.S. Course),
5. Registration Number and Form Number of SAMARTH (in case of admission into Degree Course),
6. Copy of Admit-Card of H.S.L.C. or its equivalent examination as proof for Date of Birth,
7. Copy of Mark-Sheet H.S.L.C. or its equivalent examination. (in case of admission into H.S. Course),
8. Copy of Mark-Sheet H.S or its equivalent examination. (in case of admission into Degree Course),
9. Copy of Bank Passbook of the student or parents,
10. Copy of Caste Certificate if applied for “Caste Quota”,
11. Copy of EWS Certificate if applied for “Economically Weaker Section Quota”,
12. Copy of Sports Certificate if applied for “Sports Quota”,
13. Copy of Disability Certificate if applied for “Specially-Abled Quota”,
14. A copy of recent passport size photograph,
15. A valid E-mail Address,
16. A Phone Number,
17. Applicant’s Signature.

All information provided in DHE website and AHSEC Darpan website must match with college website. Any mismatch may lead towards rejection of the application by the system, which cannot be altered or rectified later on.
