  Gender Sensitization and  Anti  Sexual   Harassment Committee

 

C.K.B. College, Teok has a Gender Sensitization and   Anti Sexual   Harassment Committee constituted in 2018 by the respected principal Dr. Bijoy Krishna pachani of our institution. Chairperson was Mrs Ritanjali Saikia and Secretary was Dr. Karabi Gogoi along with other Seven member.Again The committee was reconstitute  on 08/01/2022 by the principal Dr. Bijoy Krishna pachani to create and maintain   gender sensitive and kindred democratic working environment where students, faculty and staff can work together without stress and treat each other with respect.


Objectives:

i.                 To create a gender-friendly, gender-sensitive and congenial working environment

ii.               To prevent sexual harassment and also take up pertinent issues against all types of discrimination which violates one’s dignity

iii.             To strive for   empowerment of women –socially, economically and politically.
