Objectives:

• ·         To celebrate Women’s Day
• ·             To bring an awareness about Health & Hygiene among girls and the women of the locality
• ·          On the 8th March, 2019, the Women Cell of C.K.B. College, Teok celebrated the International Women’s Day at the college premises. Dr. B.K. Pachani, Principal , Ms.      Mamoni Gogoi Boruah, Vice-Principal and Dr.BinoyBrot Rajkhowa, Coordinator, IQAC graced the occasion.
• ·        The programme was presided over by the President (i/c) of Women Cell Mr. Sunil Kr. Bhattacharyya.
• ·       Dr.DulumoniKalita, FRU, Teok spoke on the topic ‘Women Health and Hygiene’

 Participants:

·     The members of local Mahila Samiti, Teachers and Students of the college also participated in the event.

Programme Outcome

• §       The Participants were well acquainted with issues like anaemia (haemoglobin), calcium deficiency etc.
•      They also got a first-hand knowledge on ‘how to maintain self-hygiene and sanitation.
