This  memorandum  of understanding is made on 25th October, 2019 between Medical Cell and Health and Sanitation cell CKB. College,  Teok,Jorhat, Assam, under the affiliation of Dibrugarh University, Dibrugarh, which is represented by its Principal  herein named as First  Party and an antity of Private Medical  Practitioner, Registration No.8708,A.T. Road Kaliapani, P.O. Jagduar, Assam, represented by its owner DR MAHESHWAR REGON,MBBS herein named as Second Party.

1.PURPOSE OF MOU

The  parties  hitherto agree  as follows:

1.1) Second Party by virtue of the capacity as a physician will provide the necessary first aid treatment to the students of the First Party as and when required. 

1.2) Second Party will  also provide the necessary consultancy services on Health Related Issues to the First Party and acts as family consultant to the college family for the mental and physical well being of the students. 

1.3) CKB College,Teok, the First Party is engaged in the Education and Human Resource  Development. 

1.4) The First Party and Second Party believe that collaboration and cooperation between themselves will promote more effective interaction of each of their resources and provide each of them with enhanced opportunities. 

1.5) The Parties  intent to cooperate and focus their efforts on cooperation within the area of Health and Wellness of the First Party. 

1.6) Both Parties,being legal entities in themselves desire to sign this  MOU for  advancing their mutual interests.

1.7) This  agreement is to be in effect for five years from the time of its endorsement by the parties. 
2.SCOPE OF THE MOU 
2.1) Both Parties believe that close co-operation between the two would be of major benefit to the student community to enhance their learning sense and knowledge. 
2.2) Second Party will give valuable inputs to the First Party  in maintaining an optimal Health of the students and suitably customize the informal part of curriculum so that the students fit into the health related attitude meaningfully and tries to build confidence and prepare the students to have smooth transition from academic to working career. 
2.3) There is no  financial commitment on the First Party  in the Name of institution, to take up any programme mentioned in the MOU. If there is any financial consideration, it will be default through proper  process,if required. Since  the First Party agree to provide a nominal honorarium to the Second Party for giving his valuable time and effort with the capacity of a Physician. 
2.4)The officials representing ckb college, Teok and the entity of Private Medical Practitioner are signing this MOU  to  achieve the beneficial objectives 0f Health and Hygiene of the students.
