The Department of Sociology organized a field work programme on the topic of “ Problems of Health and Hygiene among the Tea Garden Community: Jagduar Tea Estate” on 27th January, 2021. The objectives of the prgramme was to find out the social causes of the health problems among the Tea garden community of the Jagduar Tea Garden community. the area of the study was Jagduar Tea estate. Total 50 households were coved under the programme. Total 25 students and the teachers of the department participate in the programme
