Environmental awareness is an integral part of the movement’s success. By teaching our friends and family and community that the physical environment is fragile and isdispensible, we can begin fixing the problems that threaten it. . Keeping this view in mind the department of Sociology and department of English  of C.K.B.College, Teok carried out a Extension Programme on Environmental protection and awareness programme on 16^th March, 2017 at Sagunpara Village. 

Objectives:

1.      To create environmental awareness among the farmers is to motivate the farmers to practice conservation techniques and environment-friendly farming by depending their knowledge and understanding of the importance of preserving the natural resources of the areas in which they live.

2.      To enhance the basic knowledge of students increasing their awarenessof the importance of caring for the environment in general and of the natural resources of the areas where  they line.
