Name of the Activity: Student home visit.

Date of programme: 22nd , 23rd and 24th January, 2022.

Area of the programme: Amguri Town,Halowating, Jarabari, Jhanji area.

                                   Mr. Pranab Kumar Saikia, Asst. Professor Department of Sociology.

As per letter No. IQAC/CKBC/2018/238 the Faculty members of the college performed a student home visit programme during the period of 22nd , 23rd and 24th January, 2022.

The objectives of the programme was-

1.      To discuss the academic and non-academic problems faced by the students in a homely situation.

2.      To suggest the students on career related matter.

3.      To interact with the parents about the programmes taken by the college authority for the benefit of the students.

4.      To interact with the ex-students in the areas.

As per decision and direction of the IQAC, CKB college, Teok the faculty members of the college lead Student Home visit programme. Following this decision Dr. Debananda Baruah, Associate professor, Department of Commerce and Mr. Pranab Kumar Saikia, Assistant Professor, Department of Sociology visited students home for interaction the guardians and students. The two faculty members visited 20 Nos of students home of BA/BCom classes of Amguri, Halowating, Jhanji area on 22nd , 23rd and 24th January, 2022.
