Activity: Student Counselling .

Department of Sociology:: CKB College, Teok.

Period: September, 2020.

As per decision of the Staff meeting and order of the Principal, CKB College, Teok the faculties of the department of sociology have organized a student counselling programme during lockdown period. The faculty members visited the households of the students of BA 6^th semester and their parents.

The faculty member interacts with the students and suggests to keep safe from the pandemic situation and keep mental strength against the situation.

The faculty members divided the major in 12 groups and organized interaction programme

Based on the interaction with the students and Parents/guardians of the students the faculty members submit the a report to the IQAC of the college and based on the observation the IQAC  and the department implement the activities.

1.      Increase number of online classes.

2.      Prepare study materials and provided it through whatsapp group to the students.

3.      Organize group discussions and periodical exams through online process.

4.      Organize online discussions on among the students on various topics.
