1. Introduction:
The Department of Sociology at C.K.B. College, Teok, initiated the preparation
of a handwritten departmental magazine for the academic year 2024. The magazine
aims to encourage students' creativity, enhance their writing skills, and
provide a platform for expressing sociological ideas and insights.
2. Objective:
- To engage students in extracurricular activities that
complement their academic learning.
- To provide a platform for students to express their
thoughts on various sociological issues.
- To foster teamwork and collaboration among students in
the department.

Editorial Team:
The editorial team comprised students from different semesters, selected based
on their interest and writing skills. The team included:

Regular meetings were held to monitor the progress of the magazine. The faculty

with illustrators.

Student participation was enthusiastic, with over 30 students contributing
articles, poems, and illustrations. The submissions reflected a wide range of
topics, from contemporary sociological issues to personal reflections.
