Introduction: Teacher and Parents have a big role to help students engage in school or college learning environment .Home visit or visit by educators to the residence of their students have been a Part of the curriculum of UGC and Universities affiliated colleges. Home Visits are an idea that all teaching professionals can employ to help foster students success. Every Year Department of Political Science Chandrakamal Bezbaruah College arrange students home visit programme.

Objectives: Teacher Reflection about relationship students behavior and achievement:
