The programme was inaugurated by the head of the department with a brief introduction of the Resource Person , Dr.Farzia Yashmeen Chaliha , who has been working as the assistant professor in the department of the Political Science ,C.K.B College,Teok . It would be important to mention that Dr. Farzia has completed her higher education form the Jamia Milia Islamia University , New Delhi. Her topic of doctoral dissertation was 'Military Expenditures and Social Sectors Spending in Pakistan -A Trend Analysis' awarded in 2019. She started her speech highlighting the specific conditions of the Russian economy and society in difference to the Western developed like England, France , Netherlands or Germany and how the Tsarist Russia was  compelled to offer some limited features of reform in the economy but that was highly insufficient to meet up the demands of the time. After the emancipation of the serfs in 1861 , the capitalist industrial production had been started in new enthusiasm but the intrusion of the foreign capital had brought untold miseries to the poor workers . Since the 1890s, the Russian intellectuals like Plekhanov, Bakunin bought the new scientific theories in analysing the social problems and thus a new political organization like the Social Democratic Party was born which later took the name of the Bolshevik party with ideas from Marx and Engles .The continuous economic crises and other political authoritarian rule clared the path for the supreme leadership of the Vladimir i. Lenin who singlehandedly gave a new political and social orientation to the logic of the human society since 1917.
