The Department of English C. K. B. College organized a Talk on Personality Development on the 4th April 2019 for the students of Class X, Jogduar High School. The objective of the programme is to build self confidence, enhance self-esteem and improve overall personality of the participants. The programme aims at grooming the participants through sensitizing them about proper behaviour, socially and professionally, in formal and informal circumstances. Dr. Junti Boruah, in his presentation emphasized on a strong need to build communication skill of the students. They were told the importance of setting goals and overcoming obstacles to achieve them. The students of the Department distributed Leaflets wherein tips on the various aspects and qualities for developing an effective personality were incorporated.
