Like every year, this year also the department of English conducted the Home Visit to students' home. The department of English, jointly initiated the programme with the department of Education for the said purpose. The aim objective of the programme was: i) to understand the grievances of the students.  ii) to appraise the guardians about their wards in different aspects - performance, hours of study, time and place of study, attendance behaviour and so on. It was a face-to-face interaction among teachers, guardians and students in an informal ambience. The feedback helped both the teachers and guardians to come to a common consensus regarding  problems, prospects and limitations of all concerned.
