Adolescence behavioural disorders like aggression, truancy, disobedience, substance abuse, peer pressure, difficulty in relationship building and social interactions to name a few, needs attention and guidance from parents, teachers or professional therapists. The Indian society is much backward to realize fully the importance of adolescent-education, rather adolescent behavioural disorders is not regarded as a problem at all. Bibliotherapy, in the elementary, middle, and high-school classroom is used to foster healthy social and emotional growth in children and young adults to develop  insight, a deeper understanding of self, solutions to personal problems, development of life skills, or enhanced self-image. The focus of this project is on how Bibliotherapy can be used to address students' specific issues ranging from mild behavioral issues to physical and psycho-social conditions.

The main objectives of the study are:

i) To understand bibliotherapy and its measures to cope with the adolescence issues.
ii) To find out how bibliotherapy can be administered as correctional therapy for adolescents undergoing emoyional and behavioral disorders.
iii) To find out if bibliotherapy application is realistic and pratical and how far can it be applicable in place like Teok and similar remote areas.
