As per the notice Ref. No IQAC/CKBC/2024 dated 10.04.2024, the faculty members of

the Department of English, Dr. Moyuri Chetiya, Dr. Junti Boruah (HoD) and Mrs. Mainu

Teronpi visited 20 numbers of students’ homes (Hons. Students of the Department) to

collect feedback from parents/guardians from 23/4/2024 to 24/4/2024. The survey

was conducted covering Jorhat (Mudoijan) and Sibsagar (Gourisagar) districts of Assam.

Objectives:

The primary objectives of the Students’ Home visit were:

⮚ To establish a connection with the student and their family

⮚ To discuss the students’ academic progress and any challenges they might be

facing in their studies

⮚ To understand the perception of parents/guardians regarding the teaching-

learning environment of the college.

⮚ To gather feedback on the evaluation and assessment methods implemented by

the college

⮚ To analyze the transparency of the admission procedure of the institution from

the perspective of parents/guardians.

⮚ To assess parents’ perceptions of the infrastructure facilities provided by the

college

⮚ To gather information regarding sports and cultural activities organized in the

college
