A departmental research project on the topic 'Teacher effectiveness of secondary school teachers in relation to selected dichotomous variables with special reference to Teok' was done in the year 2019. The main objective of the project was to study the degree of teacher effectiveness of secondary teachers in relation to variables i.e. sex, location, professional status, marital status and type of school. The result showed that most of the selected dichotomous variables do not have significant impact upon teacher effectiveness.
