Introduction:

The Department of Commerce CKB College, Teok organized a Team Teaching on “Security Analysis and Portfolio Management” on 1^st March, 2024 in the 6^th Semester Class. The resource person of the programme is Dr. Debananda Baruah , HoD and Associate  Professor Commerce and Dr.Abhijit Bhuyan, Assistant Professor Department of Sociology CKB College, Teok.

Objective:

The aim of this programme is to provide an overall understanding on the subject. The primary objective of the programme was to equip students with the skills and knowledge required to understand the market mechanism with regard to dealing basically with the Capital Market though a little coverage is also aims to give about Money Market.

The Team Teaching on “Security Analysis and Portfolio Management” offered students a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between theoretical and applied knowledge. The class prepared students to tackle complex challenges in innovative ways while the stock market is concerned. Though a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical application, students gained valuable insights that will serve them well in their academic and professional pursuits.
