The topic of the talk is-“Soft Skill Entrepreneurs Development”. The teacher participants were all the teachers of the Dept. of Commerce of the college. The following portions are discussed in this particular Popular Talk:</span></p> <p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-indent: 36pt;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""> </span></p> <p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-indent: 36pt;"><b><i><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">Definition:</span></i></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""> Soft skills are a combination of people skills, communication skills, social skills, character or personality traits, attitudes, career attributes, social intelligence, and emotional intelligence quotients, among others that enable people to navigate their environment, work well with others, perform well and achieve their goals with complementary hard skill.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">In a simple sense, it is the ability to deal with people with a positive attitude to achieve a required result. It is a goal-directed behavior in a positive way. It is required to strengthen the power of belief to achieve success.
