emotional intelligence quotients, among others that enable people to navigate
their environment, work well with others, perform well and achieve their goals with

sense, it is the ability to deal with people with a positive attitude to achieve a
required result. It is a goal-directed behavior in a positive way. It is to
some extent difficult to define soft skills. Success: Success is the
achievement of a goal as well as success is goal-directed behavior. Believe: Believe can
move mountain. It is required to strengthen the power of belief to achieve
success. It depends on the thought process. Size: The size of your
success is determined by your beliefs. Dream: “Small aim is a
crime; have great aim” APJ Abdul Kalam. Excuses: Looser always
gives excuses and only winner can perform. Attitude: Self Talk is a
part of a positive attitude. Psychologist says success is 95% attitude and 5%
knowledge and techniques only. Luck: Only depending
upon luck nothing can happen. Luck is nothing, it is labour under correct knowledge. It requires proper planning
