About Punaram Gogoi Museum:-

The Punaram Gogoi Memorial Museum and Research Centre was established in 2016 and named after Late Punaram Gogoi, the founder teacher of the Department of History, CKB College Teok. The Museum aims to showcase the rich local and regional histories to the broader world through its collection of artefacts, photographs etc. It also has a research sectiion which has conducted lectures and organised seminars / workshops by eminent scholars in the field to acquaint the young minds with their expertise and instilling the importance of historical conservation.

2021	Two Day Workshop on Epigraphy With Special Reference to Pathalipahar Inscription	A Two Day Workshop on ‘Epigraphy With Special Reference to Pathalipahar Inscription’, organised by the Department of of Indigeneous, Tribal Faith and Culture, Govt. of Assam, in collaboration with District Museum Jorhat. The Resource Person was Mr. Bhaskar Bordoloi, a noted archaeologist. Mr. Martin Youah, Assistant Professor, Department of History, and Member, PGMMRC, CKB College Teok, attended the workshop and submitted a report to the latter.
