About Mahapurusha Srimanta Sankardeva Research and Study Centre:-

In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Chandra Kamal Bezbaruah College,Teok and Mahapurusha Srimanta Sankardeva Vishwavidyalya, Nagaon (Assam) ,it has been decided to form a Research and Study Centre for that purpose.Dr Chitra Duarah, Associate Professor is appointed as a Director and Dr Bikash Nath, Assistant Professor is appointed as Assistant Director by the Principal of the College on the date of 05/07/2022.The Advisory Committee with following members has also been constituted by the Office of the Principal on 23/07/2022 to carry out studies and research about the Saint and his Work.

The objectives of the Centre:

1) To popularize the teachings and philosophy of Mahapurusha Srimanta Sankardeva in present context of the modern society in a scientific manner.

2) To promote research on the philosophy and teachings of Srimanta Sankardeva.

3) To escalate the teachings of the Saint Srimanta Sankardeva amongst the various sections of the society and to build up a crime free, equal society.
