The Students Service Centre, Yoga Centre, NSS Cell and the Department of Education of Chandra Kamal Bezbaruah College, Teok organized International Yoga Day on 21^st June, 2023. Mr. Khonin Sarma and Mr. Nikhil Bora, trainer of Vivekananda Kendra, Jorhat were invited as a resource person. The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by Dr. Rubi Nath, IQAC Co-Ordinator, C.K.B. College, Teok and Mr. Khonin Sarma, trainer of Vivekananda Kendra, Jorhat. Mr. Khonin Sarma delivered a speech regarding the theme, importance and concept of Yoga philosophy. The program was moderated by Jiban Barua, Coordinator of  Yoga Centre and   Dr. Karabi Gogoi, Director of Students Services Centre. Dr. Anita Sarma, HoD, Department of Education, Dipen Patra, in charge, NSS unit and Faculty Members of the College attended International Yoga Day programme. The college observe International Yoga Day to promote the practice of yoga and its physical and mental well-being benefits.153 participants were benefited by this programme.
