Student Services Centre of C.K.B. College, Teok
organized a one day motivational talk on “Psychology of Challenging Challenges”
for the B.A and B.Com 1st semester student of C.K.B.College, Teok on
22nd August, 2023. The
meeting was presided over by Dr. Rubi
Nath, Chairperson of Student Service Centre and IQAC Co-Ordinator of C.K.B. College,
Teok. Dr. Karabi Gogoi, Director of Student Service Centre delivered a welcome
speech to all. Mrs. Yasmin Khan, Rector In-Charge of the college was also
present in the meeting and delivered a speech regarding mental health to all.
SSC invited Dr. Pranjal Buragohain, Assistant Professor, Department of Education,
Dibrugarh University as a resource person of the program. He delivered a speech
regarding challenging situation, how to use knowledge, problem-solving skills,
strategic reasoning, creativity, insight to solve the challenges. He explained
two different situations to understand the different psychological perspective
of a challenging situation and analysed that challenges are defined as a
difficult task or situation that tests someone’s ability and skill. Through
this program students can understand the right way to solve a problem and
highly benefited. At the end of program, Pallabi Bhattacharjya, member of SSC
gave vote of thanks to all. 445 Students were present in the program.
Out of that, some interested student from B.A 3rd and 5th
semester were also present to attend this motivational talk. Students were
participated actively in the program. SSC collected students’ valuable feedback
by giving feedback form regarding the program.
