A 'Plastic Cleanliness Drive' programme was conducted by NSS on the occasion of 'World Environment Day, 2023' at Jogduar area of Teok. The Programme was conducted with nine (9) NSS volunteers and six (6) teachers of CKB College, Teok. The main objective of the programme was to make an attitude towards creating a plastic free environment among students as well as common people. The programme started with planting a sapling plant in the corner of college playground. Then the participants go to the Jogduar area and clean the garbage of that area. The volunteers and teachers also distributed plastic cleanliness drive leaflet among the people of jogduar to send a message that plastic is very harmful for the the environment.
