On 11-03-2017, an environmental awareness programme was organized by NSS wing of the College at kaliapani M.E school. The objectives of the programme were developing awareness among the students about the need of aforestation and also to aware them about negative impact of the deforestation on our life and the living being as a whole. The NSS volunteers performed a street play and mimicry before the students depicting major threats to the life of mankind arising out of rapid deforestation in a lively way.
