                                             ISR Programme  Organized on 5th September 2024  by C.K.B. College, Teok

 

On the occasion of the Foundation Day of C.K.B. College, Teok, held on 5th  September 2024, the college undertook a meaningful initiative under its Institutional Social Responsibility (ISR) Scheme. As part of this initiative, programs were organized at two neighboring schools—Kawoimari Higher Secondary School and Jhanjimukh Janajati High School.

Dr. Junti Boruah, Convenor of the ISR Committee, and Dr. Binoybrata Rajkhowa, Member of the ISR Committee, represented C.K.B. College, Teok and visited the respective schools to carry out the activities of the day.

At Kawoimari Higher Secondary School, two dustbins and two stand fans were donated by the college. The Head of the Institution expressed heartfelt gratitude for this valuable contribution and stated that this gesture would certainly strengthen the relationship between the two institutions. She conveyed her sincere thanks for the kind-hearted efforts and emphasized the importance of such acts in fostering collaboration and community development.

Similarly, at Jhanjimukh Janajati High School, two ceiling fans and one stand fan were donated by the college. The Head of the Institution appreciated the thoughtful gesture and extended her deep gratitude to the Principal, Dr. Bijoy Krishna Pachani, and the entire C.K.B. College community. She remarked that the donation, while addressing a basic infrastructural need, also symbolized a strong emotional bond between the two institutions. She expressed hope for continued collaboration in the future for the benefit of the students.

This ISR initiative by C.K.B. College, Teok is a testimony to its commitment to community welfare and its active role in nurturing academic and social relationships with neighboring institutions.
