A Health awareness program was organized by the Health and Sanitation Cell, and Education department of C.K.B. College, Teok on 17^th February, 2025. The resource person of the program was Dr. Jiban Boruah, Assistant Professor, C.K.B. College, Teok.

The main objective of the program was to aware the students regarding the necessity of maintaining good mental health. The resource person delivered his lecture on the topic of Mental Health and how to maintain it. In His lecture he said to the students that mental health  is as much as important as physical health. In his lecture, he also said that adequate use leisure time properly, rest, regular exercise, a positive mental attitude, and proper nutrition etc. are also play a vital role in keeping good mental health. In this program total 84 participants participated along with 4 teachers of Education department.
